Those of you that have run before will have noticed that we've changed things up a little bit. You'll be running counter-clockwise, starting just below Bristo Square. You'll run down to George Square Gardens, along the north side of the Gardens and out onto Quartermile. Then its down to the Meadows, along to Chalmers St, down to the Pavilion and along Melville Drive until you get to the playground. On your first two laps you'll head around the playground, on every subsequent lap you'll pass in front of it. Then its past the tennis courts, along to the southwest corner of the library, up to the north side of Geroge Square Gardens, and up and around Bristo Square.

In terms of laps, its 8 for the half marathon and 16 for the marathon. For both these races the first two laps include the red dotted bit. The Fun Run will be just two laps including the red dotted bit.

The yellow dotted line shows how we're directing cars around the Gardens and out to Buccleuch Place. The green dotted lines are to do with our First Aid stations.

Registration will take place in Potterow as in previous years and the cafe will be open for tea and coffee. There will also be a Bag Drop for your valuables. If you have any questions email enquiries@meadowsmarathon.org.uk
